McDonald's

"I always come to this location, and I never have any problems with them when I use the mobile app. Service wise the staff gets confused. I went in and ordered two McChickens I asked for them to make it crispy because normally with the chickens if you order it, they don’t make it fresh. It’s usually something that sitting down that they re-fry and give it to you, but for some reason tonight the person in the drive-through did not understand what I was trying to say and charge me $2.49 extra for making it crispy. When I looked at the receipt they charged me for an extra chicken fillet which is not what I asked for. I tried to address the situation after receiving the receipt the lady completely ignored me and close the window in my face. I don’t want to give anyone a hard time and I don’t wanna have a hard time when I’m trying to take my hard earned money to go buy food. Just want the overnight crew to have a better knowledge of the system so they can provide the correct service."

"This is a nice McDonald's in a nicer area. I like the interior and it has a nice couch to sit in. Easy to get to. Anyways I ordered a Hazelnut Iced Coffee to sit in a bit. First time I came in May 13 and today May 27. It's nice and quiet inside. Enjoyed."

"not too bad, i was just kinda put off by how the speaker was so low that i couldn't hear anything and couldn't ask any questions. i ordered 2a and it didn't come with tomato lettuce etc. the tropical mango slushie is bomb. so refreshing! the line went by really fast during lunch hours. fries were kinda salty but still very good!"

"I wasn't going to make a review but I felt this needed to be brought up. I ordered a homestyle meal, large with an ice water. I left with a cup full of ice. They were trying to explain to me that they would have to charge me extra for a large water? Why would I need to pay extra? I got a large meal, I will pay for the drink price I just want water. After going back and forth and also speaking to a supervisor I still feel like this needed to be said. I don't understand why I couldn't get any water. Even after I said something, me as a drive thru worker would have promptly taken the cup and just filled it with water. Instead I had to fill my water cup up at work. Got a huge cup of ice, couldn't get any water with it though. That I don't understand."
