"This place is awful. I Spoke to someone about my order. I ordered one #7 and my coworker ordered one #3. The wontons were very stale They charged and sent 4 cups of Egg drop soup. I informed the guy who said he was the owner that I ordered a corn/w chicken and not egg. He told me the #7 comes with eggs and that’s how they been making it for over 30years. I informed him that it it not listed on the menu which is why I ordered it and I’m allergic to eggs therefore I can’t eat the soup. He stated he didn’t care what menu said, my allergy is not his problem and he’s NOT doing anything for me in terms of a refund or the right order and hung up…this is probably the worst customer experience Ive ever encountered. Among other things Allergies should be considered"

"Total waste of money. I ordered the wings, pork ribs, garlic beef, and Rangoon. The chicken wings were dry and tiny. The ribs were dry. Garlic beef was salty with more vegetables then beef. The Rangoon was the best thing in my order. I will never go back. It felt like the food was old and this was a lunch order. I had it delivered and it came pretty quick."

"not only was the quality and flavor of my food poor but i found a bug in my food + the customer service when i brought it to his attention was very dismissive and disrespectful. i wasn’t allowed a refund nor was i allowed to place another order there without paying for another meal. If i could give this restaurant a zero i would."

"I ordered chicken fried rice 3 times, all the times the rice were half raw. Today was almost 70% raw. The orange chicked that I ordered the first time wasn't even like orange chicken so I quit ordering orange chicken. Previous time I ordered Szechuan chicken, it was like old orange chicken newly fried in oil and soy sauce. Now the chicken fried rice was the worst in the world. This is my last time going there."
