"The food quality was good. However, the cleanliness of the area was bad. Specifically, the outside area of the banquet hall was a disaster and looked very messy. Please spend some time on improving the neatness, cleanliness, and hygiene. Also, please train your employee on how to provide a good customer service. I was there yesterday (Saturday, December 23) at around noon and trying to find the program hall. I did not have a good experience with an employee who was working there at that time. She had a rude tone. Her tone sounded like if I had made a great mistake and harmed the restaurant in my attempt to find the right location of the hall. Thanks to the restaurant staff, especially the chef for the delicious food."
