"This McDonald's is fair, food is hot but why is no one at the drive thru windows ever courteous enough to say Thank you or your welcome? They just hand you your food sometimes with an attitude. Why is the ice cream machine always down at night? Is it really down or do the employees not want to mess with it. The inside is very much improved. Once the people at the drive thru become more courteous I'll up the stars."

"the drive thru morning squeaky voice cashier so rude. i come to this McDonald’s almost every single morning for single coffee. 8/10 McDonald’s app code doesn’t work. today I placed an order on the app like ALWAYS i paid for it on the app. when I pull up shes say code doesn’t work and can’t do anything about it to just re place the order. i sit at drive thru for a minute because what are we gonna do? I paid for this coffee. if it didn’t work the first time how it’s gonna work the second time? now this has happened before when the code didn’t work and the employee still honored it (because on the app you can see I obviously placed an order) i see this ugly lady almost everyday giving me trouble over one cup of coffee today."

"This location has stepped up for breakfast since a few months ago. The crew this morning was working together to keep the drive thru line down. I placed a mobile order and it was very fast . Everything was very fresh and hot. Inside the bag were all the condiments that I needed but just as a precaution the worker brought out a caddy with even more condiments. The worker that brought my breakfast out had a big smile and happy attitude. Everything was in the bag as she waited for me to check my bag she was very patient. I appreciate the service this morning and keep it up. I know that fast food chains have a high turnover rate but this crew gots it together. Hoping they last a long time."

"This is a horrible location. Each order took 10 minutes to prepare, even my 2 sandwiches & small fries-which they got wrong. Extremely poor service, workers getting customers orders wrong, cleanliness issues & smelled of dirty mop water from open broom closet, both drink stations didnt work, only one unlocked door during business hours was a safety hazard not ensuring patrons safety, workers moved around like unmotivated zombies-yeah, I said it, shady neighborhood teenagers hung out with no purpose, overall creepy & trashy vibe. EMTs showed up to perform a medical assessment for a sketchy young man whose having heart palpitations-I'm not making this up. I strongly suggest no one ever stops here,"
