"7pm on a Wednesday and Chicken Express was out of chicken tenders. Employee in the drive thru was rude and not paying attention to customer orders. Food is sub par for Chicken Express. Tenders are small and mashed potatoes are so watery you have to pour them out of the container. Use the one in Cedar Hill. It's way better!!!"
"I call my orders in because they cook chicken livers fresh there. so I call my order in so I don't have to wait. So if the manager would do his job and manage the employees, instead of standing in the corner having what appeared to be a hilarious conversation with the young girls employees, while all the boys were working. Some of them clearly needed overseeing and guidance, maybe 1 customer wouldn't have gotten the wrong order and I wouldn't have had to wait for them to remake my order. Managers are suppose to manage employees and make them better for the work force, not be an on the clock friend to have story time."
"They cut the gizzard in half to save money. I'm so stupid. I continue to order them. If I go to the one in Cedar Hill they give you tons of whole gizzards. Shame on this location for ripping people off. The Dr Pepper was flat so I called when I got home."
