"I only go to this location because of proximity to where I live, aside from that the customer service is almost non existent, the orders are constantly getting messed up or food is missing. Hard to check quickly when it’s taped up to no end. Best part when you try to call the store no one picks up or you can tell someone just hung up the call. Should be ashamed to be called a business."

"I still wonder why the Texas Department of Health has not intervened first and secondly has not closed the establishment, because the times I have gone the men's restroom is always damaged and the last time I visited the Restaurant it was invaded due to a strong bad smell of sewage water. I have scolded the manager several times about the bad smell and it seems like they are accustomed to the bad smell of the sewer."

"I like taco bell, I eat they're food the most out of any fast food place but the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I walk in and I walked to the counter since I was paying in cash and the lady that took my order was rude about it. "Next time just use the machines" but I ignored it and waited for my food. As people are coming in she keeps her attitude with other customers. I've worked in costumer services and I understand it's a very straining job but to be rude and have an attitude with ALL the customers who are coming in... Not good"

"At this point, I could call myself a Taco Bell connoisseur since I eat here so often. I was out of town this time and stopped for my regular; however, almost all of the fillings were watered down. It was very odd, as I have never seen my Taco Bell items so wet. The taste is what proved this to me as everything was flavorless. Our nacho cheese sauce had a layer of water over it although it being fresh and hot. The meat was watery with hardly a whisper of the Taco Bell seasoning. The service was quick and it seemed clean, but I could definetely tell they are trying to stretch their ingredients with everything being watered down. I think variation between locations is what makes some fast food great, but this was very evident on my visit on 12/16/2023. Overall, good experience, but the quality needs work."

"I don't like that you have to order on the kiosk or online, they won't personally take your order. Ordering on the kiosk is timely to figure out, plus it doesn't give you the option to request a paper receipt, which is an excruciating annoyance. It took a long time to receive my order. The cheese quesadilla has some weird sauce on it that I didn't really care for. The folks there was very friendly and hard working."
