"I was in the drive-thru for 14 minutes. I got the pack of 10 party burritos and asked for original salsa. First off it was just slow and I was running late. Then I drive away already frustrated with how long it took, opened up one of the burritos and both ends are open so when I grabbed it it squeezed out on my lap while I was driving. (They all ended up being this way) When I got home I pulled all of the salsas out to get one for my kiddo, and it was the fire salsa. I'm not sure what the name of it is, but she didn't get me the original salsa. It was too spicy. I was thinking about just letting it go but we didn't have any sauces at home, and then I tried to call about it and no one is answering. That was just kind of the icing on the cake for me. Frustrated mama."

"SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! The food is decent, but seriously, the service is horrendous! I came in the drive through with my family, but the lady said hi, then deserted us for like fifteen minutes! After that, some man answered! We were on our way to drop our kids off at youth group, but they were late because the service was so slow! My husband stated; the service here is the worst! It was ignorant to come when we had to be somewhere! It’s ridiculous that there’s bad service because they have vats of beens in there! He was right! Good food, bad service. There are five other restaurants around here. Next time we will go somewhere else."

"Ordered 6 party tacos and a mexi dip about 7:30 tonight. When I got home (15 min drive) the taco meat was ice cold. I mean not even remotely warm! I called up there and the guy (not very nicely) said to bring them back up there and he would remake them. I wasn't heading back out tonight and told him that I wouldn't be there tonight. He then asked what I was going to do with the tacos. I responded throw them in the trash! No way am I eating cold taco meat - don't want to get sick!!!! I told him that I would bring him the tacos tomorrow if he wants me to. He does want the tacos back. Fine by me but I will not be eating there again. How long does meat have to sit there to be that cold??? Just gross!!!!"
