"Our food, drinks, and the atmosphere were all great. The service, however, was subpar. We were only seen by our waitress to take our order and deliver our food. We were never checked on or offered drink refills. It was a frustrating experience but I spoke with the manager and she made it right for us. We will give this place another shot. When we come back I will update my review to reflect if any changes have been made to improve the issues."

"Unfortunately, not a good experience. 15 minute wait once we were seated for a server. Once we had a server (young lady... quite nice) we had a horrid food experience. $160 ticket for drinks that were wrong, 1 hour before receiving food, terribly small portions, cold food once it arrived. There was nothing about this place other than the nice layout that was worth the money. When we asked about our food and drinks it was that the kitchen and bar where "backed up." You can't charge such prices for such bad food, incorrect drinks and delayed service. Note*** there are plenty of places in the area that will happily treat you right and offer good service, food and drinks. Don't waste your money here. Sad really. We had such high hopes. Picks are of a beer that took 25 minutes and a rather expensive under cooked cold piece of what??? Horse?"

"Union is in the middle of making menu changes so currently everything is on a QR code, which was super easy to use. Service was outstanding, our waitress was able to answer all our questions about the new food. The drinks were amazing, as they have always been. Plus this review got us 10% off our check this evening!"

"Unfortunately after we got sat, we were forgotten no one had come to take our drinks or ask for appetizers until I told someone waited about 45 mins, apparently no one had let the servers know we where out there is what I was told. There was a confusion with our table I had to two servers claim to be serving us place seems to be a bit disorganized. When I received my order I was disappointed in the amount of barbecue given in my sandwich I got the “Lockhart on My Mind” which is the most expensive sandwich on the menu, had to ask for extra. My husband was very happy with the size of chicken in his sandwich but he said was missing favor. Other than that ambience was great, free live music. But also did almost get hit by the kitchen door walking out the ladies bathroom with my baby I would say that probably wasn’t a good idea to place the two doors next to each other like."
