"EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!! THE STAFF WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY FOOD. The app took 500 points for my nuggets and they refused to adjust the price accordingly. They also forgot a 4 pc nuggets and fries for my biggie bag. They said can’t do anything about it. I gave them the food back and We sat 10 minutes, they still forgot my fries. I won’t be returning."

"The food was ok but every table was dirty. There was a spill in front of the register. I told the cashier and she said oh well with her shoulders. No smiles and did not greet. The manager did not care when I told her about the spill. So sad."

"Attempted to use the drive thru, waited for 10 minutes without a response. Tried to go in the lobby, was told the lobby was closed before the employee just turned around and walked away. A small child in a pink dress was behind counter wandering around by the fryers."

"Horrible location the young kids that work at night will let each car sit at the drive threw speaker for 15 -20 minutes before they attempt to help or ask for your order. I guess they are hoping you drive off so they don't have to work. This has happened to me on 3 different occasions with the same 3 young boys. Last night I drove to 287 location to actually be able to get service. The last time I went I had the same experience and when they finally decided to take my order I get to the window and they were playing around saying sorry I'm sitting down but I'm in a wheelchair come to find out they were pushing each other in a chair. Total disregard for the handicap.I hope this location finds better help so I can enjoy the closest Wendy's in the area. So sad"

"Good morning ,I must say it was horrible experience. My food was thrown together unprofessional and lady got my order wrong and didn't care to fix it, so I left unhappy and not satisfied, but I wasn't going to be rude even though I wasted my money. Here's a picture of 1 item. I ordered 3 things and threw them away. All I ask is be a little more nicer, because if we wouldn't by from your place, you wouldn't bring in money to maintain."
