"The food here has never been disappointing, but that's of course when I can actually get it at all or in a timely manner. I went by Sunday night at 8:30, 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, about 4-5 cars in the parking lot. When I was greeted at the drive thru speaker I was told that it would be an extremely long wait if I wanted to order. I was basically being told to leave. It was going to be an extremely long wait in the drive thru or going inside. The man speaking to me was not rude or anything, but being told that is kind of crazy. I'm only leaving a bad review bc 4 out of 5 times when I stop here to grab food, the service and wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I honestly must have the worst timing ever, because I don't know how they are still in business if what I've experienced is normal. I do appreciate them letting me know it would be a long wait, luckily no one had pulled in behind me, so I was able to reverse out, but for them to be trying to get rid of business when it's only as busy as it was is crazy. There was also an employee outside taking a break while this was occurring. I totally understand if they had been there a long time and really needed their break, everyone needs one and is entitled to it, but just a little weird to see when I'm being told they can't handle the orders they already have. I hope they can get things figured out, but it's been like this for a very long time."

"Excellent service! Correctness of order. No excessive wait time. Much improved!!! I am not "in the know" regarding ownership/ management, whether there has been a change, or when. What I do know is that the quality of service and accuracy of orders has much improved as compared to a year or so back."

"Horrible customer service. We went to their drive thru for the first time and the gentleman at the window told us that they are not going to take our order because it’s just two people working in the restaurant and that they already have multiple orders in front of us. It’s not the customers problem that they are under staffed. Taco Bell, please hire more employees, so y’all can provide excellent customer service."

"I placed a drive-through order and the agent at the window got my order correct and even brought it to the car. I ordered the Mexican Pizza. The food was hot and fresh. My only feedback would be bring back the XXL grilled stuffed burritos. I would highly recommend this location for their freshness, service, and professionalism."

"Order was to be ready at 9:57. I'm still.waiting at 10:53. If my son were in there I would have already left. The staff does not communicate in anyway as of they can't! Not even a greeting which would go a long way. One orders online so they can literally pull up and pick it up at the expected time. Had to retell the entire order to them. Got home and was still missing 4 tacos and the nachos were missing cheese and beef The manager are someone needs to figure it out or this place needs to just shut down. It's disgusting. If I were so tired I would go back and make them fix everything considering I spent over.$50 on this garbage"
