"It's on a busy corner in the airport where the train escalator is so it gets lots of traffic. The line looked long but they had three cashiers taking orders so don't be afraid to queue up. It's airport food so my expectations were low but this location is every bit as good as any standalone Smash burger out there. I had a burger and tots, and the wife had a milkshake. Guess that's why she looks like she does and I look like I do! LOL Plenty of seating and the service was quick. You could grab and go to your gate or eat it there and still have time. I would go there again for sure."
"We made a short stop at Denver International Airport during our trip to California. Before boarding the flight for California, we were looking to have a quick bite. We saw smash burger near our gate and decided to get in line for Smash Burger. Once we got our chance, we decided to order Classic Bean Sandwich and Tots. We had to wait 10-15 minutes before getting our order. We really enjoyed the Classic Bean Sandwich and tots. The black bean patty in the sandwich was particularly tasty and made for a great pre-flight meal. Highly recommended."
"This sweet girl from Kenya was working. She was very respectful and courteous. I ordered a Classic double, and it was great for a fast food burger. It was fully dressed. I would tie it with or rank it a little higher than my favorite, a Dave's double from Wendy's. It was a little pricey, but I was in an airport."
"The woman who took my order was very friendly and clearly informed me my order would take 10-15 minutes. I appreciated that because if I was in a rush to my flight I could have declined ordering. It also let me know everything is made fresh--no heat lamps. There was a long line of customers that wouldn't end, and it was 1:45 in the afternoon. My chicken strips and tater tots came fresh and hot, and I was glad they included ketchup in the bag. But the strips were over cooked, so they were dry. Did they fry too long? Was the oil too hot? Don't know. But major disappointment. The tots weren't bad. I guess I shouldn't expect much for chicken at a burger place, but this was a kids meal, so I think care should have been taken."
