"The small restaurant in the DFW airport Terminal B. I came there at 8:30pm as the time many food options were sold out: no fries, no Mac & cheese. Tried the meat plate of the Chopped Brisket. It is great, the meat is in good taste as a belly part. The Chopped one is really fantastic with a slice of baked bread. I chose the side of Texas Street corn which is a little spicy and with a liquid cheese. The potato salad seems to be very cold in taste. One thing I need to mention is that the food is so salty that I had to drink a lot of beverages to solve it, that makes me crazy on the plane."
"I didn't eat, but decided to enjoy a drink before my flight. The bartender Steve, is a hidden gem. He's hilarious. I'm glad there was a layover before my flight to Mexico for me to stop and experience his personality. I hope there's another layover and he's working on my way home, so I can sit and listen to his random facts and witty humor. His "human organ for transplant" lunchbox was probably my favorite part."
"I love BBQ and don’t eat it often so I was excited to try this place on an empty stomach. I got the sliced brisket sandwich for $15.19 and two sides, potato salad and the mac & cheese, $3 each. This ended up being a very, very disappointing experience. The brisket sandwich actually had some good pieces of meat. Unfortunately, it was so salty it was completely distracting me from the taste of the brisket and that much salt in the mouth is unpleasant. I ate most of the sandwich because I was hungry but couldn’t finish it. The potato salad: also very salty and I only took a few bites before I gave up. The only thing I completed was the mac and cheese which was average. The two stars are because the food was ready fast and the cashier was very friendly, answered my questions, and offered me a large ice water since I wasn’t going to buy a beverage there. With a 15% tip and tax I ended up paying $26.12 which for a meal that wasn’t good, is just robbery. You’ve been warned!"
"Cousins proves to be the best bbq option at Dallas airport. I ordered the 3 meat platter with fries and my friend ordered a 2 meat platter with sides. The brisket was moist, the jalapeno sausages were flavorful, and pulled pork was savory. The sides left much to be desired, leaving fries left to be the best side option. The BBQ sauce is tangy with a slight sweetness. Perfectly pairing with each meat."
"I had an early morning flight and I was craving something delicious. They have these spots all throughout Fort Worth, but I never tried. I opted for some steak breakfast burritos with eggs. I was very impressed with how good they were. I definitely recommend trying this spot out. For an airport restaurant, it’s also not too pricey compared to other places."
