"Actually these people deserve 0 stars, for the reason that today I lost my iPhone and I realized it after about 2 hours later. I try to search for it by "find my iPhone" and it is Constantly moving through the same area, I dial innumerably and continuously to see if someone answers me, I send messages and no one answers. After a while my cell phone stays in the same place, I go out to look for it and the "find my iPhone" application takes me there, to Melrose where the last purchase I made that day was. I enter the store and ask them about my cell phone and They tell me that there is no missing cell phone there, and I say "yes" if it is here, and still the simplicity and shameless employee asks me "do you have the iPhone app" and I answered yes, and he told me that here he is. Afterwards he asks the "manager" and supposedly they are still not sure that he is there and they go to look for him while they look at me who is constantly dialing from another cell phone so that the sound can be heard, after there are several rednecks from the counter I hear the sound of my cell phone and I tell him "that's it" and he still has the sinism of asking me "what color is it"... I answer that's my cell phone and it's that color, while another employee immediately "the manager" looks at her and gives it to me......I wonder if I hadn't told them that my cell phone was there because my app told me so, would they have given it to me? And in the end the older employee still gets offended because I asked her why she hadn't told me that my cell phone was there, if she looked at me it was dialed from another cell phone so that it would ring when she was the one who found it...... ...To finish my unpleasant story, be very careful about leaving forgotten things there, because most likely they will not be returned to you. I filed a police report that same day against Melrose and its employees, Ms. Maria Martinez and the "manager in particular. People are very careful and very careful with their belongings when entering that store."
