"PLS BEWARE, READ WHAT EVER THEY ARE HAVING YOU SIGN!!! or you will be making payments for ever!!! I went to the Fortworth store at 1265 Town Square Drive Ft worth Tx 76116, to buy a small dinning set and a rug. My bill came to $659.97 and the manger said I could pay $66.47 over 9 payments and they take payment off my checking acct every 2 weeks. Recently I realised they have taken over a $1000 off my account. I go to store , the manager is no longer there and a lady prints me an agreement which I supposedly signed to pay close to $1700. This is bother line fraudulent , I trusted the mgr when he explained the payment to me and unfortunately did not read the fine prints."

"This people are SO BAD! First they changed me $120 of delivery even After I told Henri I will rather pick it up since I find it to expensive for a 20min delivery. I been calling the office ALL DAY long to find out if my Refrigerator is ready like they told me..NO ANSWER, left several messages, NO call back! I will have to go to the office again to get answers. Very BAD experience."

"Over a month ago I order a table which was only available at the Waco location. I had a horrible experience with the staff there and it made me want to never deal with American Freights ever again. I came to this store to return the furniture I purchased and ran into the operations manager FREDDY & he was so nice and customer friendly, he emphasized with my previous experiences from the store in Waco and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of as a customer. He pulled some strings and got me a better dining table and even took the time to break the box down so it can fit in my vehicle! Thank you sooo much Freddy, my family and I appreciate your great customer service and we will be back to this location."
