"The people working there needed to be sent for retraining. Or McDonald's is saving money and not training these people! Why? Because they do not know what is customer service. I was behind another customer waiting to get my order. Nobody was on duty at the counter. Seems like we are invisible and not important. I see this girl taking another customer's order and then running away. They were more interested on serving people at the window. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I walked out. I just saved $13! I went to Burger King instead. Crap service. Avoid this store. The people working there do not respect customers. They prefer to chase customers away."

"Some of the staff at this location are very rude. I deliver with DoorDash and most of the times I have went in there or went through the drive thru, they act like they don’t see me and then when I tell them I am picking up a door dash order it’s like I never said anything or they purposely don’t give me the food when I can see the order sitting on the counter. The screen above the pick up counter doesn’t work so you can’t go by that. I know there are quite a few places that are upset because some door dashers steal the food but I am not one of those dashers. I take pride in my work and want to satisfy my obligation to my customers with on time deliveries and hot food. I know that everyone is going through things but for them to be ugly multiple times makes me feel that they are being discriminatory towards me and probably other dashers. There are some really nice cashiers/staff but the ones that are being rude and inconsiderate hurt the establishment. Show more grace and less attitude towards their customers"

"Absolutely terrible customer service ! The lobby looked so dirty and a lady was changing her clothes in the lobby meanwhile the ghetto panhandling going on outside was wild. I sat in the drive thru while this lady kept piling other orders up at the window none of which was mine. I was just siting there waiting patiently and when I got the bag my fries was sideways and my sandwiches thrown in the bag. I didn't even want to attempt to say anything the drive thru line was so long behind me it was a mess. They need better workers because this was a fiasco ."

"Only got a drink from here and sat in for a while. Usually when I get a drink here it comes out good. But it's usually rowdy inside and I have been in here at least once when they need to get someone out of the store and cops get called. (Feb. 19)"
