"I had a bad experience from this starbucks, we ordered pink drink tall and all we got is just ice and very little amount of pink drink. Ask less ice while ordering."

"This location is an example of people make the difference. They use to have some great people working there, at least from the customer service side. Now when you walk in you are not greeted and even when you are standing there ready to order, they are busy talking to each other or walking boast you not acknowledging your existence. And if it’s the holidays (we’ll it’s fall drink season, maybe not a holiday) like it is right now you’re lucky if they thought ahead and ordered enough ingredients for their holiday drinks. This location has definitely lost that loving feeling. Oh it’s gone gone gone."

"Sadly I have to write this review, however this is the second day in a row that my order is wrong or coffee is poorly made (taste like water). Previous to this I’ve had multiple issues with customer service. The most unhappy staff I’ve every seen in the franchise. It’s like it’s an inconvenience, especially using the online ordering system. They absolutely have no urgency. It’s actually quite depressing to start the day with these attitudes. I’m posting this with photo to show this location needs attention from the district manager….ASAP. Here’s my bacon Gouda with no bacon… get together!!!!"

"Great employees, I look forward to seeing each and every one of you at this location. Even when I'm grumpy and not myself with the PD advancement and the side effects of LD/CD MEDS, you alaways get me out the door with my breakfast Double Bacon, cheese biscuit, blueberry muffin, pepermint moca frap. HOT !!! and I'm good to go on cruise control, enjoying my breakfast drive home and watching the sunrise. It just dosn't get any better than that. Oh and my Camera Nikon D850 47Mp. full frame 35mm. STARBUCKS these barristas deverve recogntion. I'mr not a professional photographer, I'm a artist and I paint with pixels, and rarely get paid. I love it. Crystal Falls GC is one of my favorite."
