"Very disappointed with customer service. It’s not the norm for this establishment. There were no other vehicles behind mine, after giving my name I was asked 3 or 4 times “what can I get for you today” within about 30 seconds. I asked if I can have a little more time since I’m not familiar with their breakfast menu. Once I got to the window to express my concerns, the cashier starts to smirk and laugh. When I told him that it wasn’t funny and he then said maybe she just didn’t hear you and continued to smile and making a mockery out of the situation. The manager’s conduct was more of a chick-fil-A staff. She politely gave me the complaint card. No order was placed as I did not trust being serve with “extra unwanted” items"
