"This is so ridiculous literally the last time I'll go to this location. Not only did they just send me over to wait for just a large fry, they made me wait 20 minutes just forgetting about me until someone finally came over and asked if I had a very different order. Every single time I go to the location the wait just isn't worth it, just start going to the one on Fuqua street they're way better and faster."

"The cashier who took my order didn't know how to punch in the app code and was being rude by asking me the code repeatedly and telling me to "hurry up, I'm holding up the line". Then the other person who had to help her did the code in seconds. Train these people better."

"Not that they will care but this review is for management. Stop making people pull into parking spots when ordering drive thru. Your staff is taking on too many orders than they can handle, your expo team is bagging up the wrong food and you wait for 4 orders to be ready before walking out which makes the other food cold. This is poor management. Everyone is trying to have the fastest fast food lines by telling you to move up but it's causing more harm than good. I will tell your drive thru attendant NO each time they ask me to move and guess what, the food that you told me you were still waiting on magically appears within 2 min. THIS IS POOR MANAGEMENT"

"I’ve been coming here for years. Sometimes it’s hit and sometimes it’s miss but today was definitely a hit. I started ordering through the app and haven’t looked back. I had great service with a delicious double quarter pounder. I ordered medium fries and they gave me a large. On the burger I asked for no pickles and mayo, they drenched the whole thing in mayo which could be a problem for some people but fine by me."
