"An absolute horrible one-star rating experience, ordered through the drive-thru using my mobile app...was told that the number was invalid but it specifically shown on my mobile phone that they took the number , got to the window and the young lady told me she had it taken care of and she didn't... That's the first issue..., The main issue is I ordered a double meat hamburger and got sent out a single meat hamburger the bottom bun completely burnt on both sides. How anyone in their right mind would not know to send an order like that out of the kitchen is beyond me, that either comes from ignorance or not being trained properly, which I still can't imagine somebody not knowing what burnt bread is."

"They told me to pull up so they could bring me my coffee and I waited over 10 minutes cuz they forgot ab me. When I went inside a bunch of drinks were just sitting there…my ice is all melted in my iced coffee. If they tell you to pull up, TELL THEM NO! They just want to start the new timer window so it looks like they are working faster than they actually are! Next time I am going to refuse to move from the window. There’s no reason I had to get out of the car and go inside to get my own drink cuz they forgot ab me! Then the girl that is new they are refusing to help her. Hire more people and stop forgetting about customers waiting happens too often!"

"Very rude employees! The managers there are terrible very mean and just unprofessional! I place two orders and they come with an automatic attitude when I ask them for the rest of my food until I show the receipts they get it out of bad taste. I ask for ketchup and they roll their eyes. Very rude people. I went today and my fries were burnt and hard and cold. This is my nearest mc donalds but I’d rather drive as far to another mc donalds from now on."

"McDonald's got me for $10. I got four big breakfasts with hotcakes and I added bacon on each meal. I'm guessing they didn't have enough bacon because they had one strip of bacon and tore it half for each meal. So I was charged $10 for 4 strips of bacon and did not receive my hash browns. It's just the fact that they knowingly did this instead of telling me that they didn't have enough or wait a few minutes for more bacon."
