"I have been to this McDonald's before the service was bad, I decided to try it again and again. The young men who work to drive thru are very rude. They don't get the orders correct, something needs to be done at this location."

"I never really go to McDonald’s but since it’s near I’ve swung by in the morning before work. I pull up at 5am and wait in the ordering window tor 2-3 mins with no answer. I ride by to see since clearly no one was going to attend me and I see an employee literally standing there doing nothing. This was the second time, I’ve gone for breakfast early and same thing.. Why operate “24 hours” if you can’t abide by it."

"9/30 I went through the first lane in the drive through I believe her name was Bri (she was African American) the second lane orders was moving very fast which was odd after watching 4 cars go by I started to talk to the speaker “hello is anyone there” said it twice & few seconds later came a very aggressive girl I proceeded to give my order quickly due to the bad service all ready but what upset me is when I get to the window to ask for the aggressive speaker name the night manager (also African American) refused to provide a name so I could make my complaint he was using im not really sure its two girls at the window when I asked for both they names he asked me to pull to second window after paying to get my small order so I decided to just sit at the first window take a picture of all the employees that refused to provide they names and will be reaching out to someone higher expeditiously to help correct this, i avoid McDonald’s because of young sorry employees like this"

"You know what I’m confused if it is the area ( hood) or if it’s just the customer service but this makes no since why do we have to wait an hour for what we pay for I don’t even stay near here I drove here because all the md by me were full with 1 or 2 employees…..helps us!!! Or move around"

"Everytime I come here I get disappointed. You go to lane 1 to order and by the time they even get to you 8 cars pass you on the right. They always forget meals and yet dont want to fix the order either. Very disappointing how much they skimp out on our food. My sons kidsmeal fries came with literally only 6 fries. And my basket of fries was half full. They dont listen to the sauces you want and they walk away while you’re mid conversation with them. So much worst has happened everytime I go but today was the final straw. Just very annoying service."
