"This place is always an argument when trying to get my food. Now they tell me I cant customize my sandwich or build my own. Only that i can order a number and take it how it comes (protien). The last time i went in, the manager was yelling at the trainee so bad that multiple people stopped her to tell her to chill which she persisted to argue back. Sandwich is always a wreck. Keep the majority of the store blocked off (tables/trash cans) so they dont have to clean. 3 years of working in the area and going there ever so often. ALWAYS A BAD EXPERIENCE."

"It is supposed to be opened at 10 am and I've been here since then. It is now 10:15am, doors locked and lights off. I'm sitting here looking at a person walking around inside the store."

"Ordered ahead of time, CURBSIDE PICKUP. Parked right in front of the place put my hazards on and the entire time there was only 1 customer so my sandwich shouldn’t have taken 56 minutes to make or brought out to me for that matter when I put curbside! N when I called the place again and again nobody answered the phone!!!! Poor customer service I have an injured foot and therefore the curbside pickup and to have to get off in pain to get my food is ridiculous!!!"

"Went in for one of their new sandwiches. Was very disappointed. Ordered a 6 inch sub and it was barely 5 inches. When you advertise fresh sliced meat and have the slicer in plainview, you think they will slice right in front of you. The meat was all pre sliced just like its always been. As far as I could tell the only real change was a store face lift."

"My parents invited me to have some Subway with them. I hadn't been to one in quite a while, so I agreed. After we tried to order one of their online promotions unsuccessfully three different times, we decided to just run around the corner to the physical location. After explaining politely to the staff member what had failed, and showing her the promotional email, we were met with a shrug and a very apathetic "that's an online only promotion." Needless to say, we left and obtained superior sandwiches elsewhere. We will not return to another Subway anytime soon. I'm reminded of why I haven't been in so long. Steer clear of them. There are better options elsewhere."
