"Come to get a milkshake and coffee. Ordered on self service machine. Was left waiting around 10 minutes before I went and asked where my order was. People were being served and getting their orders before us. Very slow staff. One woman was stood playing on her phone giving out evil looks. Received order and coffee was only half full. Milkshake wasn't the best either"
