"I messed up on own order, once I got to the drive thru they fixed my order at no charge. Spoke with the lady at the window while they gave me an additional coffee, great small talk. Very delightful experience. Thanks for making my order correct, even though I’m to blame. Definitely will be going back if I’m in the area."

"Always running late! I asked when the Frappuccino would be ready since I had my hot drink, she said she was working on it and she finished it and sat it down instead of handing it to me! She knew I was waiting for the drink because I told her my son was waiting for the drink and needed to leave as soon as possible and she didn’t bother to give it to me. It took another kind gentleman to ask my name before I could get it at least 5 mins. after it was supposed to be do!"

"I ordered 2 kids hot chocolates and a chestnut praline latte, and they were so disgusting none of us could drink it. I tried the kids drinks and I almost threw up. I'll never go to this location again."

"Great Starbucks on the east side of Pearland. Comfortable and plenty of multi person seating. Outside seating is decent. Great, signed mural adorns an entire wall. Staff is friendly and attentive"

"It was a big mistake coming here. We have never been to this location and now, we certainly won’t return. My husband asked for a Caramel oat milk Latte tonight and instead, I received one with cow’s milk. The service rep even repeated my order back to him and confirmed the Latte would be made with oat milk. After she gave it to us, we left and started on our trip back home. As soon as I put it up to my mouth, I could immediately smell cow’s milk and the sour odor stopped me dead in my tracks. My husband tasted it and confirmed that it tasted like cow’s milk. I decided to pull down the cup sleeve and was able to verify that the cup label did not specify that the latte was made with oat milk. What a waste of money, this drink is going where it belongs and apparently where the level of customer service we received tonight was at…THE DRAIN."
