"I’m on the fence about the food. The most recent trip through their drive thru for me was 15 minutes until they closed. The food was bad. Nothing was fresh, which is understandable. But this food was obviously sitting under the heat lamps for hours. I was disappointed that I spent $20 and THAT was what was served to me. Firing the daytime hours, it’s always been on point, which is why I went there the other night. (9:40 pm)"

"When they charged extra for dipping bbq sauce, 6 pc tender, 3 of each tender was overcooked to be be tuff! They didn’t put my French fries on my platter, when I asked for my FF’s they women in back yelled loud enough for me to hear, check his table, check his receipt to be sure he paid for them!! Thanks for quite an experience!!"

"Arrived to place an order in Drive-thru, I placed my order for an 8-piece mixed meal,the young lady that took my order, she let me know that the only pieces they had were basically all they had were assorted but not a complete 8 piece,I asked if I could get the chicken cooked fresh, whomever the manager was said something to her in a language that I don't speak, but I understood pollo,and it made her nervous so I didn't want to be in an awkward position, also ordered 9 piece gizzards,okra ,arrived back home and the only 2⃣ things fresh were the gizzards and fries and we didn't get our okra,I think paying $36.24,is a lot not to get your monies worth, I'm hoping that this problem doesn't happen to anyone else!!"

"They gave us half spicy half original i had asked for original. They also forgot my fries. When i called they asked me to bring the food back and they would replace it. They never consider the time and gas. That people have to expend for them to fix their mistakes."
