"This is a tough review for me because this location does have a great staff. They are always kind and attentive and the manager is great. But the wait… the wait is like no other location I have ever been to. The drive thru line is a minimum of 40 minutes almost every time. I don’t understand why it takes so incredibly long no matter how many cars are in line. If there was any way to expedite this line, this would be a great location."

"Incredibly slow drive thru. It was only me and one other person in line. They took forever to take my order, and when I finally got up to the window the person in front of me was still there. By the time they finally got their 1 drink, 25 minutes had passed. This isn’t the first time either. This is a common occurrence."

"This starbucks is by far the worst service on the lake houston area! Lets start by the way staff treats you and have no respect towards the customers. Today 10/13/23 I went to starbucks and cashier ( ashlen ) was very rude while taking our order to the point that if we asked her a question she was bothered by it and made faces. while waiting on our order they proceed to chat with other staff members and only 3 employees were working. When my name was called to get my order i was told I was charged for additional breads that I did not order and as this is happening one of the staff members wets me all over my face and shirt while she was washing a cup so at this point im upset with the entire situation. One of the employee walks away saying " gosh its only a accident while the rest laugh " I then ask for an on site manager and to my suprise no manager " ashlen young rude girl with a silver piercing on her nose turns around and says " im the manager very rude and says what do you need ? I asked for her name which she refuses to give to me and then throws a manager card at me. I have never been so disrespected and I will never return to this starbuck!"

"All I can say is “White Chocolate Mocha” with 2 extra pumps of mocha. So delicious and consistent, no matter which location. Best drink. Employees at the West Lake Houston location are very friendly. Not one bad experience!"

"This is by far the slowest Starbucks — especially the drive thru! I only go to this location if I don’t have another choice. Yesterday was the last straw when I received my iced coffee with a disgusting amount of grounds in the bottom of the cup!"
