"I came here to get my brand new watch battery changed. I never even wore this watch. I tried to change it myself and made 2 scratches on the case. I came here and the Asian male employee couldn't get the case open and tried to hand it back to me and told me 3 times he couldn't open it. I asked him to ask someone else and he BRAGGED about "he was the best." Well, he isn't the "best." He made 6 new scratches AND DAMAGED the frame with nicks all along the rim of the frame on my watch because his ego couldn't ask someone else (See the photo I took). I finally asked him once more to give it someone else and the younger white male popped it open no problems with no scratches. If this Asian male would have put his huge rude ego aside and gave it to someone else, then maybe it would have saved all those new scratches on my brand new watch. Also, he never apologized and when he handed me the receipt, I told him "thank you very much" which he did not deserve and he said nothing. When I complained about him to customer service at the 1800 number, he called me back wanting to know why I complained about him which was inappropriate. I wanted someone higher up to call me. This Asian guy is arrogant, doesn't know what he is doing and has no sense of being appropriate in customer service. He ruined my brand new watch and I never even wore it yet."

"Customer service= Fraud Their customer service is predicated on fraudulent business practice. Don’t waste your time, save your money and buy elsewhere. The morning manager is a joke. Make sure to ask “clearly” before buying, and then check Amazon and buy from them."
