"Food is always great ,came in a while ago and this manager im guessing ,white ,blonde looked around her 30s maybe she doesn’t work there anymore ,but I came in with a coupon I got in the mail that had a burger ,and she had a horrible attitude with me ,she says “we don’t have that anymore do you see the menu, we don’t have it” just very sarcastic and rude ,usually everyone is very nice I work in a restaurant as well so igz I know what it feels like."

"Unfortunately this Jack In The Box is plagued with many issues. The delivery of food is terrible. Literally waited like 30 minutes for a few burgers. Their drive thru is empty but all the parking spots are take up. Because they move all the cars there. The people are nice and doing their best. But still though close the inside and focus all on drive thru or something. The inside looks dirty anyway. My order was missing a few tacos and went I went inside several people were waiting for their orders. Like I said the people are nice but someone send them help."

"I am a driver and sometimes I buy food as a customer and there is a person who serves extremely poorly and treats me extremely poorly, she is a small dark-skinned woman and it is not the first time it has happened to me. Really try to hire people who have charisma with the client and are more friendly... I repeat, it has already happened to me on several occasions and again today, September 18."
