"Greasy floor. Like really slick lol. Service not the happiest. Food is Wendys fault, just feels like I'm eating a school cafeteria burger. 3 stars so I don't drop the rating too much based a franchise's menu. But the floor and sad service made me say 3. Oh and to the contractor who screwed this poor business owner and left tiles falling off the building. Shame on you. I'm gonna give 4 stars now."

"I stopped off here to grab a quick bite to eat while traveling down I-20. I thought it was going to be quick, like fast food is supposed to be. It actually took about 20 minutes for them to bring it out the food. I was tired and tried to remain calm. When I finally got the chicken sandwich and fries, it was hot, and that's the only good thing I could say about it. The sandwich was soggy with too much runny mayo, sloppily pur together, the fries were burnt to a crisp. I literally threw it out after one bite grrrr"

"Well stopped for lunch yesterday and well to say the least the customer service was excellent. Everyone that worked there from the cashier to the guys preparing my food were all very kind and very pleasant. I guess being in other fastfood places its something that is lacking but in this Wendy's it wasn't. I really like writing good reviews for places, way better then just negative stuff. Anyway the staff was great and when im in the mood for Wendy's again I'll definitely come back. Thanks to the staff for everything and the excellent customer service I really appreciate it i hope yall see this and know we appreciate yall!"

"I took my 8 year son after school to get a chocolate milkshake and a vanilla milkshake for myself. They were out of Vanilla and Chocolate milkshake. We ordered the Peppermint drink that was being advertised what we got was we don't have it! I don't think it's like this everyday at least I hope not. Just to be courteous we each got a soft drink. I was a bit disappointed. We will give it another try later. Thanks"

"Over the past few years this place has really stepped it up. Been to this location a few times in past and it was usually sub par to bad, but since they Renovated it’s been really good and the workers seem a lot nicer and actually caring about the customer service. Could be that I usually go now in the late afternoon and not late night like I used to. As a person that has worked in many restaurants for over 20 years I’ve learned that you should just avoid most restaurants when they are within an hour of closing time, the food is gonna be trash and the people are gonna hate your face."
