"I work by the Texas City Tanger Outlet location so I frequently order from the app and walk by to it pick up nearly every day. Usually the service is okay, but could be better. Some of the workers are polite enough, but never recognize me. There would be times they wouldn't look up from what they're doing. However, there's one certain worker named Andres that works very often and whom also strongly stands out from the others.I don't believe he enjoys his job at all. Every time I walk in to pick up my drink to see him working I already know my drink is not going to be the best. One day the coffee was so bad I went to dump it out in the sink, but little did I know there was going to be a surprise for me; a hair was in the drink. By the length and color I knew it was his, which is very upsetting. Furthermore, he looks like he hates the world every day. Not only that, but he sounds like he hates everyone, and that's when he DOES speak. He also never makes eye contact with me when I thank him for the drink or even look up to greet me inside the store. I never ever write reviews, but finding the hair in my drink was the last straw for me. I am also very tired of feeling like an annoyance to even walk into the location whenever Andres is working."
