"The pumpkin pie blizzard is my absolute favorite thing to get during the fall season. On this day in particular Oct 24 at around 9:25pm, the girl that took our order at the window had a less than friendly face at first. You could tell she didn’t want to be there and wanted to hurry up and get out of there. Not sure who exactly made our ice cream but it was 5 blizzards all the same size and we asked for “extra, extra” pie crumbs in each. What did we get? Some of the blizzards were somewhat made the way it was asked for but mine, it literally had less than 8 little pieces of pie crumb pieces and the bottom half was basically plain vanilla ice cream. NONE of them had whipped cream put on top and of course zero pumpkin spice put on top. Worst experience I’ve had there. Such a disappointment especially considering on a different night when a different girl made ours one time so amazing."

"The review was specifically written in response to the great service of the drive thru attendant. It’s such a blessing to receive great service. I asked for an extra item on the order when I got to the window and she was kind enough to accommodate. Also I was ordering an ice cream cone and needed to ensue proper packaging to drive. Ice cream spills while driving = not fun. Without me even asking she placed the cone upside down in a cup making it travel friendly. So thoughtful. Usually I have to ask. Thanks for the great service."

"Oh word!? Half of one piece of bacon for a $7 dollar BACON cheese burger….and the bacon looks disgusting at that. I only gave it two stars because the lady at the window was at least nice. Y’all need to do better."

"Waited over 45 minutes for food upgraded food to Large received medium cups and fries. Store is full of kids working and they were arguing in front of us and other customers in the store. Spent 52 and some change just to get home drink was watered down, chicken tenders were not cooked fully. Food was disgusting fries were dry and old tasting. Contacted the store the next day because it was late the "manager" and she was rude and not helpful and rude."
