"I was told my food was going to take 16 to 20 minutes. When I get to establishment, I asked how long until my food is ready since I was told it was not ready yet and still waited 20 minutes just to ask again to see my bag was pulled. It was the same bag that was sitting there waiting, and no one bothered to check or ask. Two people just standing there talking to each other while managers doing paperwork and only one person is working."

"this is really bad. starting with the staff that all the time are talking and laughing and playing loud music? Is there really a manager or person in charge here? I don't believe it! gross. the wings were raw and dry. We really wanted to give them a chance and this happens to our cousin. never come don't eat at wingstop everything is disgusting."

"The over fried the wings . They were too dry. It’s one thing at this place it’s another. Always forget my 2 second fries when I order or the wings are under cooked or over cooked. I think I will take my business to the Crowley wing stop next to Kroger. They’re always good ver there. I think on this location they play too much. A bunch of kids chit chatting or playing loud music not paying attention to orders and customers. I gave them several chances but now I’m done."

"I ordered 20 piece lemon pepper. I paid additional money for all flats. I arrived to pick up my order about 4 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. Before I left the store I checked my order and there were a few drumsticks thrown in in place of the all flats that I paid additional money for. In addition to my order not being correct the wings had been sitting for a while and had very little of the lemon pepper seasoning on them. I addressed this issue with the manager who quickly remade my order. That is the reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. The first picture I the original order the 2nd is the remade order. If someone is paying $30 for 20 wings the order should be right the first time"
