"Well the first time my husband and I went there the fries were so covered in salt that it burned our mouths. But burgers were good. Second time we went. Omg. The worst service ever. There was only four people in the dining room all waiting for their food. One guy had to tell the woman three times what he had ordered. While waiting for someone to come take our order one of the line cooks told the lady we were waiting to order. She just kept doing whatever she was doing and ignored him. After a few minutes she said she would be back to take our order in a few. After 15 minutes of waiting the same guy told her again that we still hadn’t gotten our orders taken. She finally came and took our order. While waiting for our food my husband looks up and sees that our food is on the counter and no one called our number. They just put it there and walked away. As for the food. The fries didn’t have any salt on them. A little bit would have been nice. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was so greasy that the bun was drenched in oil. I couldn’t even eat half of my sandwich. I love Wendy’s but I would never go back to that place ever again."

"Previously I’ve never had any issue with this location. But lately things have changed. On my last visit I ordered a simple combo, I paid and was asked to move into the parking spots while my food was prepared , so far so good. Once the food arrived it did so without my drink and politely asked the employee that brought me my food where it was. 5 minutes later he comes back with the wrong drink and once again I politely tell him that it is not my correct drink, at this point notice that this fellow isn’t focused at all and very possibly not sober. Another 5 minutes and again he brings the wrong drink and without straws. I decide that this isn’t worth my time and decide to bite the bullet and thank him and leave. I figured that it should be fine as I still liked the drink that I eventually got and I got straws at home. But boy was I wrong, when I got home and looked in the bag, there were no napkins, no ketchup packets which I asked for, and the fries had spilled everywhere. I go to unwrap by burger and find out it’s not even the one that I ordered, on top of the fact that it was drenched in sauces, the bun was somehow burnt. I don’t know who is in charge in there but the quality was terrible. Edit: The damn thing is raw."

"I had my very first meal at 9 PM after a long day of work I ordered multiple items for my family and I only to get home, which is only four minutes away and not one item in the bag is cold. I specifically asked them to Drop every item fresh Bing as though every time I come to this location there is always an issue. The guy quickly brushed me off and said oh we drop everything fresh every night no worries and I open my bag and that’s the exact opposite!!!!!! There is always a customer service issue and a food quality issue at this location and they really just needs to change general managers and fire the entire staff and start over!!!!!!!! My meat from my burger look like it had been on the grill for hours!!! It’s so unacceptable. It’s very infuriating as well. I specifically asked for no mustard on my order because I cannot have mustard and based on the picture you can clearly see there’s mustard on the burger! I asked for multiple sauces to be placed in my bag. Bing is though I had nuggets part of my order not one sauce was located in the bag not even ketchup!!!! I am so angry I wish I could purchase this location and fire everybody!!!"

"I ordered 10 piece nuggets with large fries, but only received 7 nuggets and large fries, so I literally did not get my monies worth. Lobby was dirty and empty so they weren't busy, but despite this, I had to wait first in line at the counter for a few minutes before my order was taken, and they knew I was waiting there the whole time. I eventually noticed their donation box had been broken into. I should have listened to the reviews, but I unfortunately wanted to give this place a chance."

"Terrible food. Worked all day, 14 hours, and was starved. Just wanted to eat, shower, go to bed. The meat was obviously recooked and was hard and crusty. The fries had obviously been re-fried and were terrible. She forgot my sauce for the chicken nuggets. Jeez! How difficult is it to make a decent burger and fries? It's easy unless you don't care about your job, safe food, and delivering a quality product. I may never eat at Wendy's again after this food service disaster."
