"Every time I come to get food I consider leaving a 1 star review. Here we are. They're extremely slow and incredibly understaffed. It's not uncommon for there to be 30 people in line and only one person taking orders. Half the time the food will be cold, they're out of a sauce, or utensils, or lids, or ice, or something. Many of the employees are visibly iritated, which I can't blame them, I would be too if I had to take 100+ orders an hour alone. I haven't spent less than 20 minutes waiting for food here other than a couple times I've come before noon."
