"This review is almost identical as a second location a few miles east off Collins. I tried calling at least five times and no one would answer so, I stopped in to see if they were a location that did the advertised Subway promotions. THEY ARE NOT, they don't do the bogo offers or anything. The employee was nice and welcoming but, when they don't participate in advertised promotions then I'm not interested. Honestly, how can you carry a Brand Name Store, sell their product and not participate in advertised promotions? At least answer the phone or post "no promotional coupons accepted" here in the Google ad for your location."

"It’s a good, clean location and the employees who work here make your sandwich with love and care rather than dumping toppings in the bread. Always have stock available and is very consistent with the quality. Unfortunately, they do not accept Subway coupons but do accept gift cards. I’d definitely visit again."

"I’ve been coming to this store for years, but the management with this store has gotten terrible. The food quality has gone down quite a bit, and constantly there will be one employee working the lunch shift. This time there were bugs in the cheese slot, and the lettuce and tomatoes looked like they were past the serve date. I can’t go to this location anymore, the one at Park Row and Bowen is much better. Whoever manages this location needs to really soul search and either hire employees that take a little pride in their job, or maybe get more hands on and look at the products they serve."

"Unfortunately i had to change my rating after todays experience. This location is my go to while at work. Usually good customer service and food. Today on the other hand, they were out of EVERYTHING. Lettuce, spinach, italian herb and cheese bread, tuna, cold cut meat, sweet onion teriyaki chicken, ranch, pickles, cookies. One of the ladies working was not in any hurry to fix the problem. She went to the back and started asking the other lady (who was very nice, apologetic, and helpful) if she smoked cigarettes and if she could have one. I didn't get the names of the ladies working. However the hispanic lady was helpful and doing her best to help everyone in line by herself. I went today 11/27/19 around 1:15pm."
