"I was handed a dirty cup and lid! I asked for a fresh cup. Not even that the drink be remade but just a fresh felines cup with my already made drink poured in. The fact that you already have to wait 30 minutes in ANY Starbucks line. But to be handed a dirty cup! Not for drinks that cost not below $10! Do better!"

"They don't always get the drinks right, but their customer service sucks. I live down the street so I've been a few times and most of the times they are rude and dismissive. Every now and then they've been nice. My last straw with this location was when I came in at 8:30 on a Saturday- did a mobile order and I got a notification on my app that everything was sold out AFTER I had loaded my app with money. I sent my son in to confirm everything on our order was sold out and they told him yes. I saw them making a drink that looked very similar to what I ordered so I went in and only one drink was sold out. Not sure why they lied. I then asked for a refund for my one item that was sold out- not sure why I had to request a refund for something I didn't buy. The cashier did not say a word to me when I asked for a refund, just stared at the computer so I asked him if he was okay. He responded he was looking for the button. It would have been great for him to acknowledge my request and say he was working on it. Last 4 digits of his ID are 2237 and the refund reason was "doesn't want". Pretty sure it was sold out but okay. All 3 employees were quiet and looked annoyed so I confirmed what time they closed because I thought maybe I came in right before close and that was the reason I was bothering them... nope, it was a good 2 hours before close. They really need better training or better employees. By the way, it was completely empty, so it's not like I was disturbing them during a rush."

"Don't stop here if you plan to order. They prioritize mobile orders and you will be waiting at minimum 20 according to the barista. I however been waiting 24 minutes now, friend so far has eaten the sandwich ordered, used the restroom and is now outside smoking cigarette. 34 minutes wait for me."

"Bailey very rude! I visit this location at least four times a week spending $21-$50 each visit. I order myself the pink drink light ice every time. Bailey told me my cup will be halfway full or pay an extra dollar. Why should I have to pay an extra dollar to receive a full cup when I’m paying for a full cup? She was very rude I’m a loyal customer to Starbucks but if I got to be treated like this and ripped off I will stop going forever! She also told me this policy started four months ago I went to Starbucks earlier today ordered the same thing and returned again tonight that’s how much we love Starbucks!!! A manager need to do something with this rude lady before Yall loose customers!!!!"
