"Progressive has recently changed hands from “Granbury Motorsports” which was an excellent place to do business. Progressive has employed its own staff with a few exceptions. It is working very hard to achieve flawless customer service. Since the change I have purchased three different motorcycles and am happy with my interaction with new staff. Though I dealt with a salesman carry over. If I had any criticism of Progressive it would be their cost for mechanical service. $150. per hour is almost twice what it used to be. Maybe I’m just in denial about current economics. Maybe not."
