Numerous phone calls, texts and emails confirm the accounting error. Multiple promises to send the $533 refund to either us or our lien holder have equated to lies and non truths. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER WITHOUT CLOSELY REVIEWING FINANCE MATERIAL BEFORE PURCHASING. A HIDDEN VIP CARE PACKAGE PRICE OF $895+ is ADDED TO ALL TRANSACTIONS AND NOT DISCLOSED TO BUYERS. IT IS NOT AN OPTION TO PURCHASE BUT RATHER A DEMAND/REQUIREMENT TO PURCHASE THE VIP CARE PACKAGE. IN TOTAL $1395 IN NON DISCLOSED FEES WERE ADDED TO OUR TRANSACTION. WE CONCEEDED TO $895 of the FEES BUT WERE REPEATEDLY PROMISED A REFUND OF $500 + TAX OWED TO US TOTALING $533. AFTER MONTHS OF TRYING TO OBTAIN OUR OWED REFUND, WE ARE FILING THIS COMPLAINT TO MAKE OTHER BUYERS AWARE OF SLOPPY BUSINESS PRACTICES BY THIS DEALERSHIP"
