"I’ve tried to give this one 2 different tries and both it was the same. Coffee is not even hot the flavor tastes like water with milk. Idk if the training on how to make the drinks needs to be done again, but the coffee is not it. The barista is friendly and definitely friendly but I wasted 6 dollars and coffee was gross WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you want to enjoy your coffee… I gave it the rating cause coffee was bad not the service ."
"I've gone here around 10-12 times in the last 18 months. At first everything was great, no issues at all. The last few times there's been a new woman working the store, and every single time she has an excuse as to why she can't make my coffee. "The machine is down", "the espresso machine is being cleaned" etc. Before her, zero issues. Now, for some reason they can't get their equipment right for their 7-8 am customers. It's pretty ridiculous. Don't waste your time here."

"Horrible horrible experience. Customer service by Anyla was just down right rude. We were asking for a drink and she said “go get it from the fridges over there” and “I don’t know what drink you want, I don’t drink coffee. “ She was also frustrated that she couldn’t be on her phone watching her Tik Tok videos or Facebook reels . Try to avoid this Starbucks if she’s there!"
