"This place is very clean, and the staff is very nice. My order is: spicy chicken sandwich no pickles pepperjack cheese, Mac and cheese medium, medium Dr Pepper, large fries, vanilla ice cream. Literally tastes like heaven!! Def recommend and try my order!"

"This is my favorite location by far. I frequent here for my morning breakfast and even my lunch break from time to time. During the day, they are stellar. Love the employees and my food is always sublime. Today was the only lackluster experience I’ve had with them and I’d be lying if I said it didn’t disappoint me. I was missing my fries and a few sauces from my order. I also ordered for dinner which I don’t do often so I’m not familiar with this crew and if they are worth the time or money. Overall though a great location with so many good experiences to offer."

"By far the worst experience ever had at chickfila ever, and the first at this location. I placed an order for my mom to pickup before work. They didn't have the order. The manager argued with her about the baby amount of food in the bowl. I get these bowls all the time and it's never been like this. And I've never had a rude employee. Manager was rude the female that was helping my mother threw a bunch of stuff in the bag. 6 silverware and like 20 packets of jelly for 3 bowls this size. Will not be going back to this location. To be religious based they definitely didn't drip their words with honey and almost made my mom lose all the Jesus with the disrespect Here today."

"We ordered (breakfast) and PAID though the app for carry out and when we picked it up 18 minutes later they said they had threw the food in the trash because it would’ve been cold. EXCUSE ME?!?!? That’s my food that I paid for!!! And of course it was 10 minutes after breakfast so they couldn’t “serve” me breakfast anymore. Horrible service and instead of apologizing the short lady that “helped” us was only being I extremely rude."

"This chick fil a never gets our orders right. Every single time they forget something from our order it never fails. They have good customer service but it is really tiresome that everytime we order from them we get home and we are missing things such as dressing for salad, a burger, mac & cheese etc. I like the convenience of this chick fil a being down the street from me but at this point I think I rather drive to the one on walnut creek to avoid the hassle of all the back and forth. They should definitely double check that the order is complete before giving it to the customer. I hope management does start putting attention to the reviews since by the look of the other reviews this seems to be a constant issue."
