"This is no longer Char'd but a new place called "Belle's craft kitchen". It's all new staff, different kitchen, and service. They are now a pho kind of place. Their pho was OK, and I mean it felt pretty humbled in a good way. The staff told me today was their grand reopening, which took me by surprise. Normally I'd order their nom fries but I gave them a shot. Only complaint I had was their music was too loud. Otherwise for the few hick ups from being their grand opening I don't hold that against them. But this google needs to be updated"

"Came in for my normal order. They changed the whole menu up that is so boring. Before it was quick to get what I want and leave. Now they make us sit down and take 15 mins just to bring your food to you. Never coming back RESPONDING TO OWNER: I wrote the review because I DID try your new menu and it was horrible. It doesn’t seem like you are getting great feedbacks if there’s been negative star reviews back to back. Your items and menus are VERY limited. You had more customer base with your previous menu. As a small business owner, it’s about what customers like not what aligns with you. I bought 3 items and it cost me $50. The price increase too is crazy as well for the limitations. These are all honest reviews and you should reconsider going back to the old menu. My opinion."

"Great time and environment. Overall I would come back because of the customer service when dealing with minor issues. The food was incredible! Interesting menu - we got the teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, springs rolls with peanut sauce, salads (the dressing is SO good). Drink selection was cool too, not your typical run of the mill options. The cream soda was *delicious*! Very impressed with the quality of the ingredients."

"Delicious! We will be returning a.s.a.p. it is both of our new favorites. You can mix and match bowls or pick the bowls that are popular. You'll have an endless amount of choices! I just went with what I was craving at the time. Both of our bowls are customized just so you know. Then... they have ube ice cream that I was surprised with. When she handed me a bite I was expecting some berry stuff, but noooo. I tasted sweet food. A nutty flavor. It's yams. Next time I'll ask before I open my mouth! It was also super good, after all."
