"The staff here is AMAZING! Always gets my order right and never forgets hot sauce or napkins which we all know is important! Enjoy ur meal everyone!"
"While I love the Casa, this location can't get an order right to save their own life. It is a regular occurrence that I stop in on my way to work, only to have to go back 5 minutes into work after finding not a single correct item in my bag. Return and request correct order, wait 15 minutes, and still get handed an incorrect order. They don't even try."
"I wish they put more beans less cheese in the bean burrito . They are trained to only put a smear of beans on the tortilla. Do better casa."
"It is a chain store you know what to expect food wise. This one has always been on of the best I have gone to. Friendly staff and it is clean. Some locations cannot even be bothered to wipe their tables down between customers but this one has always been clean."
"First off, Taco Casa is drunk food!! You know it ain’t great for you and will probably hurt in the morning, but you just keep coming back! Today I was pretty shocked at my experience. I ordered a super nacho to go, simply, because I don’t like all my food mixed together. The chips were literally tiny crumbs. One of the workers had even taken a taco salad shell and broken into pieces because apparently there wasn’t enough chips to fulfill my order. The nacho cheese was all over the container and on the bottom of the chips. I ate a couple, but then I realized I should just take this back. Usually I don’t take food back, but I went to the counter and ask if I could have a different set of chips. Even the gentleman who took my order was appalled when he looked at it. But here’s where it got me. The cook in the back took my plate of chips and poured them back into the large container on the food line. What!!?!??? To be fair, this location has always been friendly, and dine well with every order… but really?!"
