Today as I waited 14 minutes for a basket of fries only... I wanted another client do the same, leave without ordering due to long wait. No line, just a long wait as the staffs main focus is the to-go orders."
"Bad attitude service. Also, I asked for no salt welldone fries that weren't welldone like I asked. It's sad that you have to ask for welldone fries now to TRY to get crunchy fries. Undercooked soggy fries are DISGUSTING! These fries weren't undercooked but they were not crunchy. They were soggy."
