"Consistently loooong drive thru wait. Especially after they close the lobby the wait in the drive thru is 30min-1hr easy. Food is sometimes good, sometimes cold."
"Went through the drive thru at 2 am. I understand it was late and there weren’t that many employees working, but that doesn’t excuse the poor service. The line was extremely slow. When we finally got to the window, they continued to take their time, didn’t say anything. Finally, they give us the food but didn’t give us one of our large cokes so we were still waiting. We told her we were still missing one drink and she shook her head no, refused to give it to us even though it was on our receipt. We’d also asked for ketchup that she hadn’t given us, but at that point we gave up and drove away. Took forever and we didn’t get everything we ordered."
"This McDonald’s gets worse every time i come. I always ask for fresh fries, no salt, this particular time i got my order and of course fries were old and stale. So i told them, waited 2 minutes and they bring me fries that are still not hot or fresh. Workers are very rude and unprofessional!"
