"After waiting here 20 plus minutes for food that I ended up asking for a refund I was told I couldn't get a receipt for refund. The crew here is a special kind of retarded! I actually feel sorry for the folks that work here. After all that's the best job their intelligence or lack of will ever allow them to have."
"Mr. McDonald's employees at this location are professional, the restaurant is upgraded and clean. Give them a raise and a big hug. The employees are prompt and courteous by posting hours of operation on the window for the holidays. Unlike other locations that left you guessing. One star lost for not having breakfast menu at 10 am on Christmas day. Funny always asking for lunch and the reply is breakfast only. This time is the opposite coming at breakfast time and finding lunch only. Just have both menus all the time and let your customers eat what they want to eat when they want to eat it. Still appreciate opening at this time of the year and looking forward to your new breakfast and lunch organic and natural menu. I am sure your priority is your customer's health, long life, and happiness."
"This location has been remodeled and it looks nicer so I wanted to make the review. Ordered the usual drink. I think some employees are rude, one of them was a lady up-front. I don't want to be hearing rude comments and they always have to say something about it. Don't make me make a complaint. Otherwise I sat in for a little bit. (July 4)"
"I give this location 5 stars for their great service and fresh food. Ordered thru the app and came to pick my food up from the Jensen location curbside. First I would like to say that ordering from the app is so easy and its fast. As I arrived at this McDonalds and parked in the designated curbside area I checked in and my food was out in less than 10 minutes. My food was very hot and fresh and I love that I didnt have to wait over an hour for my food. This McDonalds is very clean from the outside and the service is great. I recommend this location. Thank you for the great service and look forward to returning. They also got my whole order right and nothing was missing!!!"
