"Ordered online. Had a parfait in the order. Got there and was informed they couldn't make it. Asked for a refund for the parfait they acted like it was an unreasonable request. LOL. Manager said I would receive and email with refund. Never got an email or refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Support your mom and pop bagel shop. F this place"
"I ordered an oatmeal and asked for all the toppings to be on the side. Even though it’s stated on the receipt it was not done. No one was at the counter to voice my concern with."
"I had to wait 7 Minutes at the register to place my order. Paid with cash. Exact change. They had no cash drawer to take my change so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to open a different cash register. Food came fast. Was good. I love the green godess salad."
"I visit this location a few times out of the month. After school it’s pretty popular with a nice side crowd. Mostly students getting tutored or older couples having an early dinner. However I gave it 3 stars because the food is never quite right. I’ve experienced a brownie that was still basically frozen, cold soup, etc. The place is also never really clean. If the tables are wiped down or the floor is swept the broom is hanging along the booth. It’s just never 100%. I haven’t really interacted with the staff, I mostly order on the kiosk but they seem fine when they drop the food off. I’m which case they’re frequently out of food items when you order from the kiosk (which is linked to inventory). I feel like this place could be better but it’s also not the worst experience I’ve ever had."
