Chicken Express

"I went to this location ordered a two-piece fish Dinner an was up sold an apple pie. I was told to pull forward because my food wasn’t Ready. I waited 30 minutes to receive my order and never received the apple pie. I called the location several times but no one picked up the phone."

"Came by to get my family dinner tonight. Chicken was warm at best and several pieces were very stale. We ordered the 20 Pc tenders, family size mashed potatoes and gravy, small corn nuggets and 2 44oz drinks. We received only a small mashed potatoes and a quart of white gravy. Not the kind of quality I expect from Chicken Express. The young lady at the window was not friendly at all. No thank you or smile at all. Will be back again but will specify Fresh Tenders. Over $40."

"Ordered for delivery. Expecting the food to be cold because it's 10° outside so no surprise there. But how lazy and worthless can you be to fill 2 soft drinks up, when your machine is out of syrup. You know they hear the sound the machine makes when the syrup is empty..... you can hear it down the street. Just pathetic. Food, as expected, cold.... but also bland and flavorless. Good thing for the serendipity."

"The mashed potatoes and gravy weren't even lukewarm. The biscuits were hard and cold. The okra was cold and not good quality. I ordered a Snack Pack, was charged $8.99 for extra food I did not ask for. I'm going back tomorrow with my receipt to get the charges corrected. Oh, the cherry pies were good and warm. Lisa's Chicken is much better."

"I wouldn’t normally write a review, since chicken express is always a 50/50 chance of being the best chicken ever or meh, but I feel like I got ripped off with my order. I ordered a #2 with the 7 tenders with half spicy and half regular, and an extra order of fries. They only gave me 5 regular tenders, and one of them was a half tender in size. 5 tenders with an extra order of fries is not worth $20. Chicken express was my favorite chicken place and it used to be my regular cheat day place, but I’ve been disappointed the past few times I’ve been here. Would recommend Lisa’s fried chicken and seafood if you want a better deal for chicken tenders"
