"This place is the worst. We ordered food and they never brought it out! We stayed out there for an hour! This sonic is absolutely horrible. The customer service is terrible as well. The lady on the speaker was so rude. We had a $30.37 order and they never even brought it out. We also never got our money back. This place is so rude and disrespectful I hope you do better."

"It took me an hour just to get my food, and when I got my food, my drink was leaking out the bottom the fries were really cold and salty and the cheese on my cheese. Fries were also moldy. And look at all these other reviews, they all say a one that lets you know how bad this place is"

"This location tries to give get away with giving the smallest amount of stuff for your price. This is the teen tiny supreme burrito. That’s just a little bit bigger than a tater tot. I called in and complained and they pretty much said to you is that their only question and then let me go so screw this place"

"So I went through the drive in after work today. It usually takes a while to get your order but it’s good so I can deal with it. I got home and they gave me the wrong burger, so I went back to exchange it. It was kinda busy but not that serious. I told him my issue and I thought it was all good. Well 45 minutes later I had to press the button to make sure they didn’t forget about me and they did. So after an argument with a customer and an employee about them waiting an hour for 3 kids ice creams, I decided to wait another 15 to get my 1 remade sandwich. Needless to say, when I got home the rest of my food is cold and I’m going to bed hungry. So $28 down the drain. I am going to a different sonic further away just so I don’t have to deal with that again. Very disappointing !"

"My husband and I usually love getting Sonic, but this time was frustrating. I ordered the Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, and tomato and no pickles or mustard, which I have had several times before. When the carhop came out, she barely looked at my husband, and said almost nothing to him as she practically tossed the food in his lap. Along with the appalling service, the food was wrong and cold. Instead of the burger I ordered, I got the Jr. Cheeseburger with barely any lettuce and they kept the mustard on it. The only good thing about the place was that they got my drink order right, a Coca Cola zero with vanilla and sugar free raspberry syrups. Definitely not returning to this location."
