"Today I came in looking for a specific screw and it did not go well with the first employee but then I stepped away from the negative one and was helped by Shane the Asst Manager and Tracey who both went out of their way to help me locate the missing screw then matched it for me and then to top things off he gave it to me because of the previous person lack of help. So good people are just around the corner if you’re willing to look for them and not leave because of the first negative encounter. Thank you to both Tracy and Shane for turning my experience around."

"I have had mixed experiences at this location. Selection and stock is typically well organized and tidy. The store is typically clean. Customer service has been hit/miss though and while that isn't always an issue, at times it is a deal breaker for a purchase. Overall, not a bad store but not a stellar experience each time."

"I shop HD every day and this by far is the worst store I’ve encountered. No one likes to help, I call the CS line (store) and they automatically put me on hold because they didn’t want to hear what I had to say. After 45 mins of waiting “no you can have the display, no you can’t have that display (when there was a sign on one that stated 40% off a duplicate display). So headed to Lowe’s to purchase one TODAY and leave with it TODAY."

"Great location. I see alott of these stores in my work field 3-4 times a day maybe more and every location including this one have had the supplies I need helped me find it and load it. I am a big fan of Home Depot and this is a great location."
