Her service truly made my night and though this taco bell is not the closest to me It is well worth my time to start coming to this location just for the wonderful and pleasant service ❤️"

"This was second time in Taco Bell in Roanoke and as usual pathetic food. Chicken Burrito supreme has only beans, Chicken Chalupa was cold and had very less chicken. Last month we had same food in Taco Bell Southlake and it was much much better. I will never visit this store again."

"Rude service at the window, I wasn’t handed a straw so I asked is it in the bag and the girl says “I don’t know is it?”.. I can ignore that but then my food was messed up so I called to let them know and got attitude from manager Bailey… they served me a cold un-toasted chalupa that was dumped out and spilled at the bottom of the bag… she told me “well it’s not supposed to be cooked”…Well a quick Google search says it’s a crispy flatbread and every other time I’ve ordered it it’s been crispy at least somewhat.. this one was white, cold, un cooked. Pics are how I received it unwrapped and thrown in the bottom. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on!"

"This Taco Bell screws up our order all the time. Forgets to give us one of our items, gives us the incorrect item, etc. To make things worse, my wife’s burrito had a large plastic item in the middle of it today. My wife called the manager but that was useless. Worse Taco Bell ever."

"Don’t expect to get normal requests made without having them remake it, and when they do remake it, be sure you anticipate passive aggressive performance, despite how kind and understanding you were when pointing out all of the upgrades you were charged for didn’t make it to the food in your bag. They put the steak on my fries first and gave me a regular Mexican pizza. When I asked for it to be fixed I see they just picked out my steak and put it on top of the Mexican pizza. But that’s generous to call it a Mexican pizza as there is barely a tiny splatter of pizza sauce. Literally only on only one slice. I’ll be asking for a refund. Didn’t have time and didn’t want food spat in as they clearly didn’t care. By the way I was the only person in the parking lot and there were at least two employees."
