"We ended up with severe food poisoning. Spent 35 to be sick for 3 days!! We both were a little hesitant with the steak fajita meat because it looked like rubber. But being that the place had 4.5 star review and has been there awhile- we trusted that it was ok to eat and thought maybe it was just a different cut of meat or the cooking method. We only ate about 1/3 of the salad and through the rest bc it just wasnt very good. A few veggies looked less then fresh By the end of the day we knew we shouldnt have ate it. This was our brunch and hardly ate any dinner since we were starting to feel a little sick. Theres no doubt the food poisoning was from here."

"Fantastic! I had a make your own salad and a fish taco. My husband had the street tacos. My sister ordered the chicken soup. Rave reviews from all of us. The homemade hot sauce was excellent and we ended up buying some to take home. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommend!"

"We recently dined at Salad Bowl and while the food was good, we were disappointed with the lack of personality and customer service from the staff. Although our order and delivering of our food was okay, there was no warmth or friendliness in their demeanor. Additionally, we were not thanked for our patronage or even acknowledged upon leaving. Overall, while the food was good, the lack of personality and customer service from the staff left something to be desired. It would have been nice to have been thanked for our business and to have felt more welcomed during our visit. We have visited on two or three occasions and have received the same service. I feel this will be the last time we visit!"

"It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. The food is good but it’s quite a ways from the I820 area. Anyway I had the large Napa Valley salad. It seemed more like a medium sized salad to me compared to what I remember from before. Nevertheless the salad was good. Chicken was fresh as were the greens and cranberries. Service was friendly. Not much has changed with the decor over the years. If you are craving a salad, this is the place to go. They have a fairly extensive Tex-Mex menu as well."
